Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 lb diced bacon cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • PAM cooking spray
  • Optional: Additional shredded cheese chives for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy. Stir in the cooked, diced bacon, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish with PAM cooking spray.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with additional cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
