Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy. Stir in the cooked, diced bacon, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish with PAM cooking spray.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked.
Optionally, sprinkle with additional cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
