Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz egg noodles cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium high heat, cook ground beef 5 mins until browned. Drain grease.
  • Add onion and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes more.
  • Stir in soup, water, paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  • Remove beef mixture from heat. Stir in sour cream and butter.
  • Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parsley.
