Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Combine the flour, 1/2 c. sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add milk, oil, vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Pour into the bottom of a crock pot.
  • In the same mixing bowl, add the remaining 1 c. sugar and the cocoa powder. Slowly pour in the boiling water and stir to mix well. Pour over batter in the crock pot. DO NOT STIR! Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
