Florentine Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 2 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with hands. Form into meatballs and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, depending on size, until fully cooked.

Notes

These taste great as is or with some spaghetti sauce and pasta. I’m sure there are lots of other options for them as well. What do you think? How would you serve these?
