All of the recipes look great, but I like quick and easy. I have made a mix for many, many years. It is ready anytime you want it without any work to get it made, and you can make as many servings you need.

In an extra large bowl, mix together an 8 quart size of powder milk, 2 pounds of Nestle Quick, 6 ounces of coffee creamer, and 1/3 cup of powered sugar. The original recipe called for 1/2 cup of powered sugar, but I picked up the wrong measuring cup once, and it is just as good with less sugar.

Mix it all together in an extra large bowl. Store in a large air tight container. Mix 1/3 cup of mix with 6 ounces of hot water. I make it using the Keurig, no messy pans to clean up.

It also makes a nice gift in a pretty jar for teachers, family and friends.
