I think this is my favorite chicken pasta salad combination. The flavors meld perfectly creating a delicate balance of savory and sweet. To me, this meal just tastes like summer.

  1. I’ve never had anything like this before, but I am always looking for new light lunch ideas for summertime.

  2. yum!

hummm…I got all the ingredients to make this except for curry(I do not use the spice). Wondering what I could use in place of the curry for spice??!!

  3. Mmmm. I have introduced hubby to the world of sweet in salads. 🙂 He’s a pretty traditional kind of guy, so this is really an accomplishment. Maybe we’ll give this one a try!

  4. I’ve seen a lot of curry recipes with yogurt… do you think the mayonnaise (and sour cream?) could be replaced with the yogurt and still work?

  5. Take out the pasta and sour cream and add diced tart apples, pecans and a few other fresh herbs and you have my chicken salad recipe…lol!!! This looks very good and since I love chicken salad I am sure this recipe is delicious!!
