I'm not a coffee drinker so forgive me if I am wrong, buy could you not use espresso powder instead of the coffee?? I bought some to try a recipe with (em, haven't tried the recipe yet either) :P

Just wanted to throw it out there as a suggestion!

Does the pumpkin mixture really dissolve? Or do you strain it? I'd be a little icked out about getting chunks or strings of puree in my coffee cup!!

I've never tried a Pumpkin Spice Latte, pumpkin coffee does not usually sit well with me. But I wish someone would tell me how to make a Caramel Macchiatto without the espresso maker!

Sounds good~and definitely a better price:)

I'm curious though, are you using a regular 1/8 cup coffee scoop for your coffee? If I make these I want to make sure I'm measuring my coffee correctly. Thanks!

Pumpkin spice lattes are my favorite, but I really don't like paying $5 for them. I'm heading to the store right now for pumpkin to try this recipe. Thanks!

We have so much in common it's scary, Kate. :) I'm a plain ol' black coffee drinking gal myself, but I came up with a "make at home latte" recipe since I don't have an espresso maker either. So funny.

This looks great and SO much more frugal than buying one any time the fancy strikes. (I'm partial to those Gingerbread Lattes myself; I have to try making an at-home version with flavored creamer someday...)
