		<description>This TOTALLY reminds me of my favorite recipe from my Atkins Diet days---meat-zza.  I would press ground beef that had been seasoned with garlic and spices down into a pie pan and push it up the sides to form a &quot;crust&quot;.  Bake in a 375 oven for 15 minutes, drain the fat and then top it with pizza toppings---sauce, meat, veggies and cheese.  Bake for another 15 minutes.  I will have to try this recipe!</description>
