I made these substituting lemon zest and lemon juice. Taste fantastic but fall apart. Any way to prevent this

Made these and added a couple of Ghiradelli chocolate chips (60% cacao disks) in the middle of each ball – a great little “surprise” addition for chocolate lovers!
