That is a shame about your falafel, but I would do the same thing. It is so tempting to keep things 'just case we change our minds' even though you know it will still not taste the way you want after sitting in the freezer for a week! Good for you for not letting guilt keep you down. ;)

Hi! I love falafels and make them from scratch all of the time. (I even made them - plus side dishes - for 120 kids plus adults when we had our Out of Egypt themed program at campmeeting) I have come up with my own recipe after searching for one and not being satisfied. It is delicious! I would be happy to share - just email me!

When I looked at the cinnamon roll recipe it said to mix up the dough and then to divide in 2 and roll out two rectangles. Usually you have 2 rises to yeast breads. Does this only have 1 rise (after cutting the rolls?) Sounds awesome if this work as good and these look! Thanks. I love your site! Baking day sounds so much more fun than working in this office all day! ughh!

Heather and Terri - I bake the bagels before freezing. That makes it quicker to reheat and I'm also less likely to lose any toppings when freezing.

My mouth is watering. I want one of those cinnamon rolls!!! :)

I am so with you on the whole freezer cooking thing. I do this, too. It was fun to read what you were making. The pizza bagels sound good. I would have never thought of doing that.
