This was really good. I’m glad I found this, thank you for sharing. I actually used this as a berry sauce for a homemade cheesecake I made last Christmas. After simmering the berries with the sugar and water I put them in the blender, then strained it to get the seeds out. I returned it to the saucepan and thickened it up a little. It turned out nicely. Trish, I used frozen fruit when I made mine.
