Hi, It’s nice to meet you. This is going to sound strange but Why are they called sliders? Looks like a little hamburger to me. Now please remember that I live in the Pennsylvania Dutch Country and around here meat and potatoes rules so I should have heard of these. Not a White Castle nearby.
Glad I stopped by and learned something new.

I made slider imatations before and cannot remember the recipe. I remember it calling for cream of onion soup which made the meat like a sloppy joe. Then the meat and cheese went onto the buns then they were wrapped in foil and then put into the oven.

I don’t remember the specifics but it was good. I’m going to try this way next week, my son will love it!
