These look delicious. I found your blog a few months ago and love the idea of homemade from scratch foods that still taste great. I will definitely give these a try. My 3 yr old son just loves cheese crackers.
I like the idea of trying pepper jack cheese. I think I will give that a try Yum!

Thank you for this recipe! I discovered your blog this afternoon and made these this evening. My one year old loved them! He just kept pointing to the kitchen asking for more! I would love to see more recipes like this (alternatives for store bought snacks)!

Sophie would love these, and they seem great for making with the kids. We’ll be trying ‘em for sure.

And I think I might be taking karen’s idea on the pepper jack or smoked gouda versions…mmmmmm

Cheddar and Cumin. Two of my favorite ingredients when it comes to crunchy food items. This recipe is perfect for afternoon snacks. Thank you! And since I sometimes share my treats with my dogs, I'm sure they will be thanking you as well.

I am sure that these crackers made with rice flour were yummy. Brown rice flour would give a nice crunch, too. I've made cheese crackers with gruyere and they were great - reminiscent of Cheese Nips. (I think that's what they're called - those little square cheese crackers - it's been so long since I've bought crackers that I can't remember!)

Thanks for sharing out the St. Jude fundraiser and for linking up at Slightly Indulgent Mondays. :)
