Fudgy Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Bars

This dessert is so good. It may sound a little complicated but it really comes together very easily. Our kids love this for dessert and my husband likes to take it as a snack because it holds together really well. I think my favorite part is that they are so flavorful you can cut the bars into smaller pieces and still be satisfied.

Try it with a glass of milk or cup of coffee. Indulgent and delicious!

I just came across your blog tonight, and wanted to tell you that you and I seem to have similar cooking styles. I need to start working on my meals more throughout the day to try to hit the “target” mealtime! I have 7 children 10 1/2 down to 10 months, so it is a challenge! elireeves at stny dot rr dot com
