		<description>We had this last night for dinner and it was good. I did change things a bit due to our tastes and what I had on hand. Used ground turkey, omitted onion and green pepper and substituted a bit of cream cheese for the ricotta. It did taste like lasagna and is definitely a keeper.</description>
