I made these last night and they were delicious! I had left over cooked bacon and chopped green onion from my Loaded Baked Potato Soup from the night before so I added that as well as some cayenne pepper. We ate them with sour cream. They’re definitely on the keeper list!

Looks delicious! My mom made corn cakes when I was growing up and I’ve yet to find a recipe as good as hers. I’m giving this one a try next!
