		<description>I didn&#039;t get a chance to get back here, but it was FANTASTIC! So delicious.
I altered it a bit and make a bit of extra &quot;sauce&quot; with more chicken/veggie stock, garlic powder, gr. black pepper and grated romano/parmesan.
It made it just a touch creamier w/o adding all kinds of fat.
Thanks for the fantastic recipe.
I&#039;m planning this weeks&#039; meals around your archives, btw.

		<description>I just found this recipe and nearly jumped out of my seat with excitement. I have crisper drawer full of fresh veggies from the farmer&#039;s market (zucchini, summer squash, carrots, asparagus, broccoli). THIS is what we are having for dinner tonight. It looks fantastic! I will comment back later and let you know. If it turns ouit as well as yours, I will be sure to blog about it!
