Foodie Blog Round-Up ~ Week 5

Since I began my quest to broaden my foodie blog horizons, I’ve found myself veering off on way too many rabbit trails. But the great thing with rabbit trails is that they typically always lead to something new, exciting and/or awesome. Here are just a few of the new-to-me blogs I came across this week.

So, have your wanderings down rabbit trails led to anything good this week?

Foodie Blog Round-Up ~ Week 4

This week, I thought it would be fun to highlight some of the new-to-me food bloggers who join me on Babble’s list of the Top 50 Mom Food Bloggers. The list is full of so many great reads! I spent some time this week stopping in at all of the blogs and I definitely recommend them all. So, if you need a foodie fix, that list is a great place to find what you’re looking for.

Here are a few of the blogs that I’d never visited before but look forward to visiting on a regular basis.

  • Big Red Kitchen is full of awesome, family-friendly recipes. I love her tie-dyed sugar cookie bars. They’re creative and beautiful, and I don’t know any kid that wouldn’t dig into them!
  • Take your food blog reading global with Kayotic Kitchen for a wonderful assortment of recipes and tales from a Dutch mom.
  • I’ve oohed and aahed and drooled over pictures of filled bento boxes and laptop lunches for a few years now. But never have I seen it look so easy or doable as at Lunchbox Limbo.
  • The Wicked Noodle is filled with tons of great recipes and photos. But I am especially enamored with the Twisted Bacon. How cool is that?
  • The photos…the family…the food. Everything comes to life at Under The Highchair. I couldn’t stop scrolling! And when I found this post – Top Ten Things To Expect When Dining With A Food Blogger – I instantly clicked the subscribe button. How could I not? She gets me!

Any new-to-you food blogs that you’re just dying to share with someone? Tell me!

Foodie Blog Round-Up ~ Week 3

Honestly, I had the best of intentions when I started my Foodie Blog Round-Up but between the 3 Moms, 3 Kitchens, 31 Days series and, well, life, plans changed a bit. So now I’m ready to get back into discovering and sharing new-to-me food blogs.

Here are some great ones for this week.

  • Two Peas and Their Pod is filled with tons of great recipes and stunningly beautiful photos. I love their recipe for Baked Zucchini Fries. That would be such a hit with my kiddos!
  • I really appreciate all the recipe adaptations and originals found at The Craving Chronicles. Lots of great stuff all in one place.
  • The tag line: “Serving the foodie lifestyle.” The site: Project Foodie. I could literally spend all day looking through the great articles and recipes. I definitely recommend all you fellow foodies check it out!
  • A Cozy Kitchen has lots of great recipes. But, if you only have a minute, you must check out the Fried Green Tomato BLTs. Talk about YUM!
  • When every picture is a work of art itself, I just can’t stop clicking through the pages. And that’s exactly how I feel when I look at Desserts for Breakfast.

What are some other food blogs that you love?
