		<description>Oh wow. These look soooo good. I&#039;m definitely going to have to try making these. I have a question though. 

For the breakfast edition -- Can you do these as a make-ahead and store them in the fridge the night before, then just bake in the morning? or at some point in the process can you freeze them? I can&#039;t see myself getting up early enough to do everything, including the rise, before the kids get up. (I&#039;m not a morning person!)</description>

I get this delicous homemade granola at a store near me &amp; the reason its so yummy is, its moist and/or soft, not hard &amp; crunchy like traditional granolas. I would absolutely love to make my own &amp; thought maybe you would have tips on how to make it this way. I know you usually bake it on low for awhile when making it, but how long is enough to roast it &amp; still be soft &amp; too long that it gets crunchy?  Thanks so much for any tips!</description>
