Amazing blog–I found it just the other day, and I’m hooked. With your love of (and disappointment with) Taco Bell and cravings for foods “buffaloed,” you’re a woman after my own heart. Mexican Pizza and Buffalo Pasta will be in my menu plan soon–and I hope the triple chocolate cake will be, too!

One suggestion: my (former) passion at Taco Bell was the Beef Meximelts. When I was in high school, they were $.49! My best friend and I used to buy six for lunch. Last time I tried them (years and years ago!), they were really skimpy and more than a dollar apiece. I would love to re-create them, but I’m more of a recipe follower than a recipe creator. Please consider developing a Meximelt knockoff.

Oh. My. Word. Yum!!! I looked at all the cakes they have there, but the one that looks the best is the one you got to try. The triple chocolate deliciousness. I will cross my fingers that I’ll win that one. Yum, yum, yum!!!!!!!

I love Boston Cream Pie, so that one looks great to me. But I don’t know if you can beat that Chocolate cake!!!
